Looking to give that lower body a kickstart? This challenge may be EXACTLY what you need! All of the workouts can be performed at home or in the gym. You can't have a BOMB lower body without a strong core, so we're throwing in some core work too! This challenge is not designed to completely transform you, but you will definitely feel and see the difference. Here's what you'll need:
-Dumbbells (no lighter than 15lbs, but as heavy as you can go)
- Booty Bands (multi-resistance)
